💭 Why is breathing the key?
The breath is one of the few physiological processes we can consciously control. When it is deep and steady, it sends a signal of safety to the nervous system, activating the parasympathetic response — the one linked to calm and regeneration.
With regular practice, mindful breathing (pranayama) can become a powerful tool in moments of anxiety, restlessness, or before going to sleep.

- Close the left nostril with the ring finger and open the right: exhale.
- Inhale through the right nostril.
- Close the right and reopen the left: exhale.
→ Continue for 3-5 minutes, always alternating.

🔥 3. Bhramari - The Breath of the Bee.
Effect: calms the mind, reduces inner noise, relieves tension.
How to do it:
- Close your eyes and relax your jaw.
- Inhale deeply through the nose.
- Exhale making a soft mmmm sound, like the hum of a bee.
- Feel the vibration in your face and chest.
→ Make 5 to 10 cycles.
🎧 You can also gently cover your ears with your hands to enhance the vibration.
Breathing is the bridge between the body and the mind. It only takes a few minutes a day to create a space of calm and listening. Try one of these exercises tonight and notice the difference: the body responds much faster than you think.
